Senior Strategic Leadership 16-20 November 2009, Melbourne This intensive five day residential program is intended for experienced senior leaders at the level of Dean, Executive Dean or Pro-Vice Chancellor, and Registrars/ Chief Operating Officers and senior administrators. It focuses on the challenge of establishing strategic direction in the current dynamic tertiary education environment and engaging others in the future direction of the organisation.
Conversations with Bill Massy: Academic Productivity at the School & Faculty Level 23 November 2009 (Brisbane) and 26 November 2009 (Adelaide) Cost, quality, productivity, and coping with financial adversity have always been important issues for tertiary institutions, but the juxtaposition of technology, globalisation, and the current economic climate make them crucially important now. This one-day executive seminar will explore these issues in depth using examples from participants as well as from Massy’s recent work.
