The Institute plans to develop and conduct programmes for new educational leaders such as:
- Vice-Chancellors;
- Chief Executive Officers;
- Directors;
- Pro Vice-Chancellors and Deputy Vice-Chancellors;
- Deans;
- Heads of Department/Schools (academic and administrative).
In developing programmes for new educational leaders, the Institute is planning to offer a mentor service. If you would like to offer your services as a mentor to a recently appointed leader, please contact us to express your interest using the details below.
We also encourage people who are no longer in the employ of an educational institution as a senior leader and manager but have a continuing interest in educational leadership to please contact us about becoming a mentor.
